How do I know I’m looking at the right size chart?

A: We offer two distinct hoodie styles to give you the best range of colors! Our Core Collection (White, Black, Navy) has a slightly different cut than our Pastel & Dark Blue line.

Every product page features a direct link to the specific size chart for that exact hoodie. As long as you click the "Size Guide" link on the page of the hoodie you are buying, you are looking at the correct measurements.

I’m between sizes. Should I size up or down?

For a classic look, stay true to size. If you prefer a more "relaxed" or oversized streetwear vibe (which we love!), we recommend sizing up.

Can I return my hoodie if it doesn't fit?

Because each Wandrhood item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for sizing errors. We highly recommend grabbing a hoodie you already own, laying it flat, and measuring it against the chart on the product page before you buy!

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If there is a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, we’ve got you covered. Please send a photo of the issue to our support team within 14 days, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.

Where is my hoodie coming from?

To reduce our carbon footprint and get your order to you faster, we use a global production network.

  • Core Collection (White, Black, Navy): These are produced locally in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
  • Pastel & Dark Blue Collection (Mint, Lilac, Blue, Dark Blue): These specialty colors are currently printed exclusively in our European facilities.

How long does delivery take?

Because each item is custom-printed just for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production.

  • Local Production: Usually arrives in 3–7 business days after printing.
  • Pastel/Dark Blue Collection (International): Because these ship from Europe, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your local customs processing.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Core Collection: If you are in the UK, USA, Canada, or the EU, you will likely not face customs fees as these are printed locally.

Pastel & Dark Blue Collection: Because these are printed in Europe, customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia may be charged import fees or VAT by their local postal service.

How much will the customs fees be?

Customs fees are set by your government, not by Wandrhood. While we cannot provide an exact figure, here are general estimates based on common local tax rates:

  • Canada: Expect to pay your province’s GST/HST (5%–15%) plus a handling fee.
  • USA: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free, though state-level sales tax may apply.
  • Australia: A 10% GST may be applied to imported goods.

How should I wash my hoodie?

To keep the print and fabric looking fresh:
